CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE World Wide Sheep & Goat Archives,
Inc., ("WWSGA, Inc.") AND YOU. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING THIS LEGAL AGREEMENT!
WWSGA Inc. provides WWSGA
Online Product as a service to its Subscribers. YOUR
USE OF THIS SERVICE AND SITE IS AT
YOUR OWN RISK! You should independently verify any information you obtain
from WWSGA, Online Product before relying on it. Further, WWSGA, Inc. makes no
representation or warranty that the WWSGA Online Product, its services, its
servers, or email sent to it or from it are free of viruses or other harmful
components. IFYOU CANNOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS;
YOU MUST NOT SIGN THIS AGREEMENT OR ATTEMPT TO ACCESS OR USE THE WWSGA ONLINE.
As a user of WWSGA Online Product you agree that all information, WWSGA
Online Product provides is copyrighted information strictly for your personal
use. The license granted by this agreement is a non‑exclusive,
single-user license. WWSGA, Inc. neither sells nor conveys an ownership interest
in the WWSGA Online to any user. To the contrary, the WWSGA Online Product is
licensed to you for a limited period of time and for only so long as you abide
by all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. As a
non-exclusive, single-user licensee, you may not share your password, rent,
lease or otherwise distribute the WWSGA Online Product. Furthermore, you may not
sell, resell, sublicense, assign, rent, lease, lend or otherwise transfer the
WWSGA Online Product. Without the
prior written permission of WWSGA, Inc., (i) the WWSGA Online Product may not,
in whole or in part, be reproduced, translated, or transmitted in any form or
manner by any means including, but not limited to, graphic, electronic or by any
other informational storage; and (ii) the information contained on the WWSGA
Online Product shall not be copied, downloaded or otherwise made available on
the World Wide Web or copied, distributed or otherwise shared via any on-line
system, intranet, local or wide area network, or the Internet. However, WWSGA,
Inc. does permit users of WWSGA Online Product to print hard copies of reports
and other portions of the WWSGA Online Product and such hard copies may be
mechanically copied for only your personal use.
WWSGA, Inc., provides information without any warranty, guarantee, or
representation, either express or implied, as to its accuracy, its completeness,
its merchantability, the consequences of its use, its fitness for any particular
purpose, or its compliance with any applicable codes, laws, standards, or
regulations. WWSGA, Inc.,
accepts no liability and YOU HEREBY
RELEASE WWSGA, Inc., FROM ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY
LOSS, DAMAGE, OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS CONTAINED WITHIN THE
INFORMATION WWSGA OR ANY OTHER PERSON ORENTITY PROVIDES BY OR THROUGH THE WWSGA
ONLINE PRODUCT AND YOUR USE OF WWSGA ONLINE PRODUCT.
WWSGA, Inc., reserves the right to automatically terminate
your subscription without notice and without cause.
